All vendors must be completely set-up by 12:00 pm.

Yes, you will receive a detailed Exhibitor Kit in March 2025 which will include:

• • Important deadlines
• • Shipping instructions & shipping labels
• • Order forms for power, Wi-Fi, and audio-visual equipment

• • 10’ x 10’ exhibit space
• • 8’ backwall drape with 3’ side drapes
• • 6’ table & 2 chairs
• • Sign
• • Food and beverages will be served during the Vendor Fair

Yes. You are responsible for booking all your travel arrangements.

All sponsors are welcome to participate in the optional Smoothie King Foundation “Power Up” Classic golf tournament. If you are a Gladiator, Activator, or Muscle Punch sponsor, you can attend the Awards Gala on Saturday, June 28. Refer to the Sponsorship page for more details. If you are an Angel Food sponsor, you will need to purchase passes to the Gala.

Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least five (5) working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Wi-Fi is complimentary in your guestroom only. You will need to arrange for Wi-Fi in your booth.
