Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least five (5) working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
If you are participating in the Smoothie King Foundation “Power Up” Classic optional golf tournament, tee times will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 26.
Conference registration will open on Friday, June 27, at 1:00 PM. The first session will start at 5:00 PM. Conference sessions will adjourn on Sunday, June 29, around 12:00pm followed by the Vendor Fair till 5:00 PM.
